Shipping policy

Please note the following shipping schedule:

  • Any orders received by 10:00 AM EST will be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders received after 10:00 AM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
  •  Backorders will be shipped on the date specified. Any order that includes both backorder items and in-stock items will be shipped together on the backorder shipping date. 
  •  Pre-orders will be shipped on the specified date. Any order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped together on the pre-order shipping date.

International Shipping

Flexiebeads offers international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that shipping times may vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Flexiebeads is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flexiebeads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please allow 6-8 business days for us to create your custom nameplate. Each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Once your item is complete, it will ship out via standard USPS shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Total estimated delivery time: 8-12 business days (including processing and shipping).
